Hello there,

I have facing a issue. When i go to active my theme it doesn’t active and through a following message

Oops… You have reached the activation number limit.
As per the ThemeForest license policy, each license is valid for use in one project only, read more.
XStore allows 1 live site licensing and 2 staging site licensing for testing purchase per purchase code.

Currently, we can see that your purchase code has been activated in the following locations:

Live Website 1/1: fantechbd.com,
Staging Website 0/2:

If you no longer need the mentioned website or need to migrate it from staging to live, you can unregister the theme through XStore > Welcome Panel. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance.

If you do not have access to the website and are unable to deactivate it through the XStore admin panel, you can easily deactivate it via the 8theme dashboard.

***—NOTE—****
I have several time installed the theme on my cpanel coz of some mistake. Before this time when i installed wordpress i selected https://fantechbd.com folder. I forgot to add www. But now I install the wordpress in https://www.fantechbd.com. Is that the reason? if so give me a solution please.
