  Hello Support

  I am using the XStore Theme. I observe the Users level (customer, subscriber, author, e.t.c) are unable to check out after selecting products, they see the respnse ‘Forbidden’ at the checkout page.

  However, When I increase their privilege level to admin, check out is successful.

  How can we resolve this?

  Hi,

  I think you have some capability restriction for roles.

  Check this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/roles-capabilities/ and update / allow the users as you want

  I have checked your site with default WooCommerce theme and see the same issue http://prntscr.com/gnh62i

  Problem is related to Wordfence Security plugin. Check the plugin settings or contact plugin author about this issue because we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme or plugins that come bundled with our theme.

  Default WP, WC plugin settings or questions related to third-party plugins are out of the scope of our support.
