I purchased your theme back on May of last year. Regrettably, I’ve never been able to install and configure WooPress properly. A ton of issues, ranging from ridiculous lag, to css rending issues. You name it, I’ve experienced it with your theme.
Having said the above, my theme support expires soon, so, I might as well squeeze the juice out of my purchase.
Herein are the current issues.
1 – product pages wont render properly.
2 – catalog mode doesn’t work.
3 – im trying to configure catalog mode without prices, but prices continue to appear on all product pages.
can you please help me resolve these issues? ive tried reinstalling the theme’s core files time and time again. but, the issues persist.
