This was my message on the comments:

Hello, i’m having some troubles with the one page navigation sistem. I followed the instructions here https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/3_one_page, but it is working only if coming from an external page. If i’m on the page itself and click a scroll link, the url changes correctly but no scrolling to the section occurs. Instead if i paste the url in the browser, the page is loaded, and then the scrolling occurs correctly. Any known issues?

Hello

Please try to remove or add “www” to your url in Anchor section of the menu as per example: http://www.yoursite.com/ or http://yoursite.com/ .

Hello,

Thank You, we made some progresses: Now the page is always reloaded and then the scrolling occurs correctly. I’m ok with that for now, but is there any way to set it up to scroll without page reloading?

I have changed urls for one page in menu structure like following in private content.Please change anchors in VC row settings as per example: contatti.

Hello

Please upgrade all plugins to the latest version. You may find them here. And you may also try to disable all 3-d party plugins because one of them may cause the issue.

Hello,

I updated every plugin on my installation, and also tried disabling EVERY plugin except of course visual composer, needed for the anchors to be present in page.

Any other ideas?
The login details i provided are still valid.

I’ve added www to your site links in Appearance > Menus.
Please clear browser cache and check the menu now.
