One Page Navigation not working after the update.

After updating the Royal Theme 2.6, Updating all the plug-in’s & making sure my wordpress was updated to the latest version 4.4.2 & making sure i’m using the latest PHP on my hosting 5.4

The one page navigation is not working.

I’ve checked to make sure the one page navigation is enabled in the page settings

I’ve checked the menu’s to make sure they are still set correctly

& I’ve entered the anchors back into the page sections where i initially had them.

Still no luck.

I write this post for your input, & to double check that i have not missed anything.

At this point i would usually wait a day for you to reply “please provide your log-in credentials” So lets cut to the chase, i didn’t provide them on purpose and do NOT wish to provide them.

I feel you would be able to help trouble shoot based off of the information provided.

Hello,

We can’t check the issue without seeing your site and without access to WP Dashboard.
So we can’t tell you the reason why one page menu isn’t working.
Please provide us with wp-admin access or check attentively if everything is set correctly https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/3_one_page .
Please note anchors should be written in Row ID field in row settings.
