Followed steps in docs regarding one-page nav (https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/4_one_page) but it doesn’t seem to work.

Hello,

You set incorrect url in Appearance > Menus http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/15/0911/h_1441986344_8706808_3d8be325b5.png .
Please check attentively what url is set in our documentation screenshot https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/assets/images/image_25.png, you must write your domain name url.

Hello, I’m working on a page right now for my pricing plans. However, the one page navigation isn’t working could you guys please help. The anchors doesn’t seem to be moving from the top of the page.

Hello @UrbnDesignz,

Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/3_one_page , in the new theme version anchor should be written in “Row ID” field instead of “Anchor for one page navigation” field.
Please edit your rows.

I’ve tried every variation, I’ve also read the documents. My-Account page that i designed is also not appearing on my website at all.

I created a new row to make that the anchor by placing the name in the row ID. When the button is pressed it reloads the page and doesn’t scroll down.

I gave you guys the access to log into my website, I’ve never gave the FTP credentials ever.

Hello,

We need FTP access to check the files.
Please check if you removed the wp-content/themes/woopress/vc_templates/vc_row.php file. Delete it and check menu after that.

Hello,

The problem is caused by this part ?v=3943d8795e03 that is added to page url. I’ve added it to the site link in Appearance > Menus and one page menu is working now, but page is reloading to scroll to the appropriate section.
It’s visible with Twenty Fifteen theme too, so it’s not related to our theme.

You should contact Woocommerce support to find out what that code means and why it’s added only when their plugin is activated.

Some of my pages aren’t showing, My account page that I design isn’t showing, my woo commerce products. Also on certain pages the parallax for the row setup is different. Ever since I updated the theme has been messing up.

Some pages aren’t shown because you’re using outdated elements of Visual Composer:

You have to recreate them.
