One page navigation not working - by mnlprd

Hello, I’m having problems with my one page website, the navigation links don’t highlight when I scroll down the page… I made sure all the different sections have the anchor names and everything but I’m probably missing something, If you could lend me a hand I would certainly appreciate it. Thank you!
