On my Orders page, some features are not working correctly

    Hi there,

    We are experiencing some issue in our Orders page.
    The options on the top right are not being shown when xstore theme is active.
    We tried changing themes and works fine. Its only when Xstore theme is active, this options are not working, nor some bluk actions in the Orders page.

    Hello,

    This is the video demostrating the issue. We tried it in 2 different browsers.
    When we diactivate xstore theme, works just fine.

    After reviewing the issues on our local websites, we were unable to reproduce the issue you described (see: https://gyazo.com/244c790b45d6821e2bf7b548a30aed8f). This indicates that the problem is likely specific to your website.

    Our analysis shows that the issue occurs because some default WordPress backend scripts are not loading on the “Orders” page, while they load correctly and the toggle functions properly on other pages of your site (see: https://gyazo.com/16c71cae98440e6ae0713ef49134183c).

    Could you please check whether any modifications have been made to your wp-config file or server settings that might affect the loading of these assets?

    If you would like our assistance, please provide temporary FTP access in the private content section so that we can review your configuration.

    To my knowledge, there have been no modifications to the wp-config.php file.
    I am providing the FTP access details below so you can investigate further. I would be very grateful if you could help us resolve this.

    Dear @Jennifer,

    After reviewing the issue, we found that some custom code added to your child theme’s functions.php file caused the problem. We commented out all your custom code, and the toggle feature started working correctly. This indicates that the issue is not related to our theme but to your customizations.

    As your website is currently not loading (server error 200), we recommend removing (or commenting out) parts of your custom code and testing again when your web-site will load correctly. We have attached in the private area some examples of code snippets in your child theme that we believe may be causing the error.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any issues resulting from custom modifications made by customers in their child themes.
