    Hello,

This is author page. Did you remove all the posts of this author? Provide me Dashboard access, please.
Also, I would suggest you to change the username in your DB because you used the site url as the username for admin and google added the user page to those links because thinks that it will be useful to the user https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/47334?hl=en

    Regards

    Hello,

I don’t see any posts and see that you have the redirect for that link. Unfortunately, as you can understand from this post https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/47334?hl=en theme author can’t set what links to show there, sitelinks are automated.

I have removed the old admin from your site with the username that is almost the same as the site title and I suppose it could be the reason why google added it to your sitelinks. You can check the new username in private area above. And try to use the google removal tools again.

    Regards

Hi Olga, Some further info for you in the Private content, we’ve received two emails from wordpress@ct.com but we’ve never set up wordpress@ct.com, is this you or someone trying to hack into our admin?

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1) wordpress@ct.com is the default WP email address. Read this post if you want to change it https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-change-sender-name-in-outgoing-wordpress-email/

    2) It was my manipulation to remove your previous account and create the new one with your correct email address. So, any third-party person. I have removed my temporary account, you can check the users’ list.

    Thank you Olga,

I’ll double check point 1 with our hosting providers. Wasn’t aware anyone was permitted to use our domain name without our express permission.

Also, we have a question in the private content, hope you can advise so we can access our DB,

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Have you read the post I sent you? I did not tell you that somebody used your domain. I told you that if users on your site change the pass, create user etc WP sends the default message to WP owner. And that message has the default address – wordpress@site_domain. Please, read the post https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-change-sender-name-in-outgoing-wordpress-email/ attentively to sort out what I’m talking about.

Also, I repeat you that we changed the username to des…..in. I did not want to mention this without private content and added this username to private content area of your previous messages but seems you don’t understand my messages above.

    Dear Olga,

Thank you for that. We did read it, its just that we’ve never heard of such a thing where wordpress automatically create extensions of a domain name without permission. Also, …

    Hello,

“Your web-site url” area is not a private http://prntscr.com/m5p6ms so to prevent showing your URL for all users, you need to provide all data in the Private Content area.
