We have tested the functionality on our end and did not encounter any issues. Our testing was conducted using iPhone 15 and 16 models with the Chrome browser.

To assist us further in identifying the root cause, we kindly request that you test the issue on your staging website using a default theme, such as Storefront. This will help determine whether the issue is related to the theme.

We have reviewed the current website and were unable to replicate any issues during our testing. For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating the results on our end.

To ensure a clear and accurate test, we kindly recommend switching to a default WordPress theme such as “Storefront” and adding the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to the checkout page (https://funnelkit.com/woocommerce-checkout-shortcode/).

If the issue persists while using the default setup, it may be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself. As shown in our testing, including with our built-in widget, we did not encounter any bugs.
