  Hi!
  I buy from you a licence, and i have a problem, please help me. In checkout menu is not working good, in iphone. More costumer told me, and i try it in my iphone. I send picture, but i have video too, just here can’t load in, so i can send for you in email. If put in cart the items, and i go to checkout menu, i write the dates, name, email… And after i can’t choise the shipping and the paxment method, because just load the site. I try with old android phone, there is same problem, but my husband’s android phone is working.

  Could you please provide us with the correct wp-admin access credentials so that we may investigate the issue further and assist you in finding a solution?

  Alternatively, you may try manually deactivating all plugins except for the following:

  – XStore Core
  – Elementor
  – Pro Elements
  – WooCommerce

  After doing so, please check if the issue persists.
