Hi, I have a strange issue. The off-canvas menu on my site (in mobile version) remains clickable even after it is closed. (.et-off-canvas > .et-mini-content). So when you try to click somewhere on this area, you are redirected to the page that is actually a link from the offcanvas menu. Check any page on our site in Mobile view and you will see. Any idea why this happens and how to fix this?
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme.
Could you record a video of the problem? What browser do you use? Try to clear cache of the browser on your mobile and check one more time.
Can you see the same situation on any of our demos? https://preview.themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/15780546
Regards
I don’t see this problem on your 4 main demos…
I use Firefox, but the problem persists on Chrome as well.
Clearing the cache won’t change the situation.
Here is the video of my screen. As you can see, I am on the checkout page where I need to insert my info in the fields, and I am clicking on the same side where the menu items are (if you would open the burger menu), and I access the according page… (that hidden link)

Hello? can we come up with a solution?
My client is very unsatisfied with this issue and long answers…
Hello,
Problem caused by styles of the Max Mega Menu plugin. We have added custom CSS to fix that
.et-mini-content:not(.active) #mega-menu-wrap-max_mega_menu_1 #mega-menu-max_mega_menu_1 {
visibility: hidden;
display: none;
}
Check now.
Regards
O wow… didnt see that coming! :O
