Off canvas cart view when 'add to cart'

Hi, I’ve managed to turn off the function that makes the cart appear from the right hand side of the screen when an item is added to the cart. Can you please advise how I can turn this back on! See picture to show what I am referring to taken from the demo I have imported.

Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check it? Because you have maintenance mode enabled and we can’t check the cart widget to give you the correct answer.

Try to change “Fixed Added To Cart Message” option in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout.

My apologies, have added new log on details in private area.

I have tried turning “Fixed add to car message” on and off and it does bring the cart to the right hand side of the screen.

I can’t log in, unfortunately. Please provide URL of the login page and make sure that credentials are correct. Also, provide URL of a product.

I am so sorry, I may have given you the wrong website URL because of auto-complete. . I have added screen shot of all the details in the private area. Plus I have turned off the maintenance mode in case that also helps.

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > Mini-Cart Type > Off-Canvas, then disable the “Fixed add to car message” option and check the adding to cart.

Hi, thank you for the suggestion, I have just tried that and unfortunately didn’t work. It provided the off-canvas view of the cart when I link the cart icon in the header bar but not when an item was added to the cart from the shop.

Hi,

In this case, try to disable “Product Added Notification” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop page layout.

Hi Thank you this works when I add products from the ‘shop page’ (see first pic), however it doesn’t work if I add the product to the cart from the single product page (see second pic).

I tried to turning off Theme Options > WooComerce (shop) > Single product page > single product page layout > “Ajax added to cart”. And this was tried with a ‘simple’ product.

I have tried “Fixed Added to Cart Message” and “Sticky Add to Cart Bar” in Single product Layout both on and off and this doesn’t fix it.

Hello,

Because product your showed is variable product https://prnt.sc/u6t6gq We don’t have Ajax add to cart for the variable products in our theme. Only simple products in our theme have option to use Ajax add to cart and if you use this option off-canvas cart should be opened if you add the simple product to cart on the single product page.

If you need that for the variable products you may try additional plugins to implement this, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-add-to-cart-for-variable-products/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-ajax-add-to-cart/
