Off-canvas cart doesn’t work anymore when I add to cart a product

    Hi, I have problems with the off-canvas cart. It doesn’t open automatically when I add a new product and when I click on it doesn’t show any product and it’s empty. The problem is only with the off-canvas cart.

    Hello Kiki,

    Try to disable Elementor Pro and check how it works then.

    If this solves the problem, contact support of Elementor Pro, and provide us with FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the situation.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello, I’ve disabled Elementor Pro and you’re right, now it works. But I still need to use Elementor Pro. I’ll write the FTP access on private content area, thank you.

    I’d also welcome an update on this as I also use Elementor Pro and as such need to ensure that when an item is added to cart – this works as it should – quite often the item does not appear unless I do a page re-load.

    From which Elementor Pro version update did you notice the problem? https://elementor.com/pro/changelog/
    Could you please test it by uploading previous versions of the plugin?

    Hello,

    We’ve checked how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and the problem persists, so it should be fixed by Elementor Pro.

    Here is a such question already posted to Elementor Pro and they know it is their BUG ->

    Please add your questions there as well to make Elementor submit an update asap.

    One of our developers also posted details there, after testing.
