I just applied the latest October 10 Theme Update and ONCE AGAIN, there’s an issue. This is the 4th time in a row. I followed the exact instructions as from the Video Tutorial so please STOP DIRECTING ME TO VIEW THE VIDEO AGAIN.

This time, the problem is that after the update, in the Row Settings/Background Style, when I select the Image/Parallax option, the row does not display the image. It has disappeared and shows blank white space after SAVED.

See my WP Login, FTP Login and detailed instructions I’ve typed in the Private Content Box. I NEED THIS RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU.

    Please provide correct FTP credentials.

And please make sure none of my theme settings are changed. I just need you to fix the Row Setting / Background Style issue that I had stated. It’s on the homepage. Thanks.

Yes, it’s definitely a common issue from the last theme update. I’m waiting for the support team’s response. Hope they can fix this soon before my client notice it.

    Hello @khoavo,

The problem was related to Ultimate VC Addons plugin. They fixed this bug in the latest version 13.3.6. As you updated the plugin you also had to recreate the page. So I’ve readded elements on your home page and image is shown now.

Please clear browser cache and check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Did you have to recreate my entire homepage? When I tried it, I only created a new Row Element but that didn’t work.

Nevertheless, it looks good now, Thanks for your help.

Well you did a nice job replicating it 🙂

Let’s hope future updates will be smoother. Thanks again.
