    Hello, @filmguerilla,

Dear first of all, you need to know that the related products appear only on the single product page and you cannot select the related products manually because by default WooCommerce pick the related product based on the same tags, and categories.

Further, you cannot add the related product to any other page. If you are facing the issue of the column on other pages of your site then please share the page URL with us.

You are trying to set the related products column from the theme options. if you are facing the issue by using the theme option to set the columns on a single product page then please share the page URL with us and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello,

    I know these…

The related products are available for you to add using elementor. https://prnt.sc/lJe0ddFH93tC Added this on other pages…

But on single product page. The one that comes with the theme is not working on my end. I’ve been using your theme for quite a while now.

Site is fully backup by updraftplus as we speak

    check private message for info

Let me know if the username / password works.

Before i can change single product page without any problem. I tried the builder. But once i changed my single product page back to normal i’m having problem with that because of the layout i want for the product page.

Now, i just want to make the related product images bigger from 6 products to 4 but i can’t change it anymore in the theme customizer.

    Thank you for the help

    Hello,

Please check if you have this problem when the parent theme is activated, to make sure that it is not caused by your custom changes in the child theme files.

    Regards

Anyway, before doing this. I remember having related.php on my woocommerce theme folder to change the RELATED text to MORE TITLES.

If i delete this how would i change the text on this?

I think nothing more was change on that PHP file. Only the text

    Hello,

Provide FTP access, then I will be able to pass this topic to our dev team.
About “MORE TITLES” text, do not re-write the file for this, install Loco translate plugin > create English translation for the theme > change text https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation , then you can disable the Loco plugin.

    Regards

    Hi Rose,

I donot need translation for the page. I just want to change Related Product text to More Titles as the website has this eversince the launch.. I have related.php on woocomerce directory eversince. Not sure if this file is causing the problem. But i had tested it a while ago. Almost destroyed the site when i changed the theme from child theme to the main theme. This one didn’t fixed the problem. Same number of items etc.

I’m backing up the site again to make sure i have copies.

    Hello,

The problem is caused by custom CSS code in style.css file of your child theme – https://prnt.sc/-7rEVbcujQjK
after removing this custom CSS code, all columns count works as expected -> https://prnt.sc/phTU8SfQqVX9

As we can see, you have updated WC plugin, so you need to update the theme and Core plugin.

    Regards

That is weird. I don’t remember putting those codes on my CSS.

The column are still the same. So i just need to update the plugin and this will be fixed?

    Hello,

You need to delete the code or change it.

An update of WC is another/independent thing. We recommend do not update WC before doing the theme update https://prnt.sc/XbuebvfwRxDm
