I have set 12 products to be displayed on each page, but there are 3 categories on some pages, 7 on some pages and 0 on some pages.

fish category below 4 items in 1 page.

There are no products on 3 pages and this is in a messy array.

    Hello,

Take my apologies that you faced any inconvenience using our theme!

    1) Do you hide out of stock products from the catalog?
    2) Provide me link to the category where you have the mentioned issue.
    3) Provide me with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site.

    Regards

    Hello,

In case problem appears only when that option is enabled then you need to test if this issue persists when the default theme is enabled or with the XStore only.
Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront. Test the problem. Provide us with screenshots it everything works fine with the default theme. In case you have the same issue even with the default theme then contact WooCommerce plugin support.
We faced such issues before few times and it was not related to our theme.

    Regards
