NOT working contact form short code in the theme

Hi Sir/Mam,

If i give the contact form short code in the Open Modal pop it’s not working. please help me .

1/ Do you use an additional plugin for Open Modal pop?
2/ We would like to clarify that the functionality of the Contact Form 7 plugin and the Open Modal plugin is presumed to be independent of the theme activated on your site. As such, you should be able to activate the Storefront theme and verify this.
3/ Should you encounter any issues that are not caused by our theme, we recommend reaching out to the respective plugin’s support team for further assistance.
