Not sure where to turn off the Pop Up that comes up on the home page when you scroll down.

Hi there,
I have a pop up coming up on my site when I scroll down for a mailing list sign up. I don’t know how to turn it off and not sure if it associated with your theme settings or not, but I have searched and searched! Hhahaha.
