Not receiving updates in my wordpress…

    I have not received the updates on the WordPress end.
    Latest Version 9.6.5 / Core plugin 5.6.5
    Version 9.6.4 / Core plugin 5.6.4

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Our update is still pending approval. Once it is uploaded, you will receive the update in your WordPress dashboard system within two days.

    Version 9.6.4 / Core plugin 5.6.4

    I have not received the mentioned update as well.

    Do you mean that you currently have 9.6.4 and are waiting for 9.6.5, or that 9.6.4 is not available?

    To manually force an update check, please follow these steps:
    1. Go to Dashboard > Updates
    2. Click the “Check Again” button

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
