Not possible to edit footer with Elementor

Hello
I installed theme xtore child, but i cant find how to edit the footer. My website is Lavelart.com . I tried to do it in Static blocks with Elementor, but it is only loading but does not succeed. Please help me!

Try to disable all 3rd party plugins, maybe one of them is the reason for the problem with Elementor for static blocks.

If this doesn’t help, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
