Not load images - by marinamp86 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello! My template works very well, I am very happy with it! but customers tell me that when they access the web, they do not load the images or box that they have at the beginning, and they have to refresh the page. Could you verify it? Thank you!

    Hello,

    Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins? Do you have the same problem with parent theme activated on site?
    Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    I have not disabled add-ons, the page works well, but sometimes when you enter and more, if you enter from the phone, half of the page is blank, the image boxes do not load. When you refresh the page, it works normally again.
