    Hello,

I’m a bit confused about the search results on my website. A few hours ago, I exported additional products (Fellow). Some of their categories already existed in the database, such as Coffee Grinders.

For each item, I added tags, a category, and a main category. This information appears correctly on the product page and in the description. However, when I run a search, only one item shows up instead of all of them. The same issue happens on the dedicated Coffee Grinders page – only one product is displayed.

I’m not sure why the rest of the products don’t appear. Could you advise how to fix this? Additionally, is it possible to adjust or improve the search settings? It seems to be skipping many items, especially when filtering by size.

Also, I noticed that the category information doesn’t display for all Fellow products, which have variations(adding screenshot – Scale exists, Coffee Maker – No), even though it has been added. I tried updating manually, but the issue remains unresolved.

Screenshots that items are in the system with according tag were added

    Thank you.

I have a custom code that shows all variations during search results. It is helpful during search, because the customer sees all variations, instead of 1 main. Pls check, maybe there is an issue

    Dear @Rok,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide us with the specific search term you would like us to use? This will allow us to compare the search results on the front end with the products listed in your backend.

Additionally, we recommend recalculating the terms (please refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/NSP6fsoXHZ0v), as some products were imported manually and may not be displaying correctly as a result.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
