Not all categories are present in mobile view menus

hello i have checked on mobile if we see in categories section i cannot see the biscuits category in menus please i think there is some glitch if you in add categories section i have already created biscuits in a category still its not showing please help me to fix that
and whenever someone search any products sometimes an error called ajax search error so tell me that also

no i have not whitelists or set any IP-based restrictions
please open this on incognito mode if its not opening on browser
please help me to resolve this client is facing problem

Hello, no response from your team! I have updated the XStore theme to the latest version, but the ‘Biscuit’ category is still not showing in the category section on mobile. Please look into this
