Not able to see the elements editing feature in the shop page

    When we click “Customize” on the pages other than Shop, the green options button which appears on hovering a element is available. But on the shop page it is not. Let me know how can this be fixed? Moreover, it says “Customize: Loading…” in the browser title bar.

    Hello,

    The shop page is an archive page for products, it can’t be edited in this way.
    Settings of the Shop page you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop. For example, this banner https://prnt.sc/vybp2khttps://prnt.sc/vybpcz > https://prnt.sc/vybpo9

    Well, I know that. But I could edit it before and it suddenly it stopped functioning normally. You can see the “Loading…” in the title bar sensing something is not completely loaded. For example: The sidebar widgets are now not the same. The global footer is gone too. Earlier I could see the green buttons for the product sidebar and individual products there.

    What could be the reason of footer being removed?

    Hello,

    It looks the issue is caused by the 8theme Products widget. Could you, please, provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

    Hello,

    We can’t use the mentioned plugin because we’ll be locked if any fatal error appears on the site while fixing. So, contact your hosting provider to get FTP/SFTP access.

    It looks like some kind of glitch. We have re-saved the 8theme Products widget and it fixed the problem. Very strange.
