Not able to remove the cart and search icons/functions from tablet/mobile view

Hi,

PC settings are not affected, only the tablet and mobile settings are affected.

I am not sure how this has happened, but the cart and search icons/functionality are in the top header (red colour top row), I am not able to remove them.

I already have them added in the main row which is where I need them.

The connection block is there because I added the background colour and image which I needed but the cart and search icons I did not, how can these be removed?

Fab, this is also resolved however, I have noticed that when I scroll down/up, the background for the top row becomes white rather than the red I require, how can I change the color for the sticky and hover effect?

This issue is on the tablet/mobile only, PC version works fine.

Image 1 shows the top row in red.

Image 2: when you scroll up or down on the website, the top row is white but needs to be the same as image 1.

How do I change the colour for this? I could not find an option in the header sticky options.
