Not able to add product categories into the menu

    i am ot able to add product categories into the menu, i have been trying for over 2 hours and the categories are not showing up, i only have 2 categories available that are in your theme? i go to Apperance/menu /categories and only your are there to add i have over 20 categories and your theme is not picking them up.

    That worked great. now my menu is showing description too i have deleted the description from the categories but it showing in the menu? any ideas please?
