  Just noticed when we have a sale item we get badge and correct sale price but the normal price which usually has line through it is missing. Not sure what I have done to cause this any advice to help.

  Could you please test if the same behavior occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
  If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that it may not be related to the theme itself, but to WooCommerce.
