None of the demo pages are showing in my account. I built out my entire site and lost it all.

    Dear XStore Support Team,

I am currently experiencing several issues with the XStore theme on my WordPress website, and I need assistance in resolving them.

Here is a summary of the issues I’m facing:

    Demo Pages Not Showing:

After importing the demo content, the demo pages are not displaying correctly in WordPress. They appear fine when editing them in Elementor, but they do not show up on the live website. I’ve tried various troubleshooting methods, but the issue persists.

    Missing Images on the Website:

I launched my website, but none of the images are displaying on the front end, even though they appear in Elementor when editing the pages. This is causing a major problem, as the site looks incomplete without images.

    Site Deletion Due to Issues:

Because of the persistent problems with the pages and images not displaying, I had to delete the entire site after building it 100%. I was hoping to get the demo pages and images working correctly, but after multiple attempts, I had no choice but to start over.

Can you please assist me in troubleshooting these issues? I would appreciate any steps you can provide to resolve the problems with demo page imports, images not showing, and any general setup issues related to the XStore theme.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your support and assistance in getting my site up and running properly.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you kindly specify which demo version you would like to import?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I gave you access. The details are in the private content area. Are you going to install the theme? I am on a tight deadline and should have had this store launched already. Thank you for your help. I just need the theme installed and the demo store active so I can edit.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have observed that the login page is currently redirecting to the default WordPress login screen (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/nnth3gwCon74), and we are unable to access the admin panel using the credentials you have provided.

Could you kindly verify the login details at your earliest convenience? In order for us to proceed with the theme and demo content installation, we require access to an account with administrative privileges. Please ensure that the login credentials are correct and functional. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could test the login yourself or provide a short video confirming that the access details are working properly.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

Additionally, please share the link to the specific demo version you would like us to install, so we can proceed accordingly.

If you would prefer to attempt the demo content installation yourself, we kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins before initiating the import process. If you are unsure which plugins to deactivate, you may disable all of them. The necessary plugins will be automatically activated during the demo import, and you can re-enable any additional plugins once the import has been successfully completed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response and are happy to assist further as needed.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
