No Shipping Methods Available – WooCommerce

We are having customers report that they are given the message “No Shipping Methods Available”. It is not with every customer. The error logs show –

Can you please assist as this is becoming a big issue.

This is occurring at the view cart and checkout stage.

I don’t see any shipping method for the country of that user http://prntscr.com/kbtbn1
Please, follow the documentation to set up the shipping in the right way https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
