Hello,

You are using out of date plugins and theme. We would recommend you to update everything and then check if the mentioned issues still persist. To avoid any surprises we would recommend you create a staging site (full copy of the existing) on the subdomain or in the subdirectory and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access. We’ll update the theme and bundled plugins there. You’ll check if everything is ok and if yes then we’ll update the production site.
