Hi,

Like the following demo do:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=22790&et_styles=0-3-0-6-0-1

I would like to have REGISTER function on the top bar
(including pop up form &
a separate page – https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=10841)

However, I don’t know how to do it in the theme.
Could you please tell me how to include it?
