No Payment methods shown - by Katharina - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hey,

I have a problem with the payment methods.

Although payment methods have been activated in the woocommerce settings, they are not displayed in the checkout. Do I activate another theme, e.g. Twenty Nineteen, the methods are displayed.

Hello,

Provide us with FTP access to your site, please. It looks like a compatibility issue with the German Market. Probably some hook is missing in our theme.

Hello,

It is not a good practice for plugin to rewrite woocommerce templates -> http://prntscr.com/vxajl3

In this example, our theme template rewriting has higher priority so the German Market plugin’s woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php has no value for woocommerce.

What we did for you is rewritten woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php in your child-theme with changes of our theme and German Market plugin. We should ask you to write a topic to the plugin that they should add their settings and content via hooks and filters not via rewriting files that could be used by any premium theme (not default because default one has simple configuration so does not rewrite any plugins’ files)

For this time we imported XStore parent theme options for the XStore-child theme and activated it. Now you can customize a few main theme files and add custom CSS to your child-theme/style.css or add custom hooks/filters to child-theme/functions.php
