    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive any email after creating a new account and placing a new order. Please kindly check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails may be filtered there.

If you still cannot find the confirmation email, сould you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,

Thank you for your message. The issue with emails being delivered to the spam folder is usually related to the email server configuration. We kindly recommend checking the following:

    1. Make sure that your domain has valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records set up. These help email providers verify that the messages are legitimate.
    2. Ensure that the “From” email address used in your WordPress settings matches your domain name.
    3. Ask your customers to mark the emails as “Not Spam” in their inbox. This will help train their email provider to recognize your messages as safe.
    4. You may also consider using an SMTP plugin to send emails through a trusted mail server, which improves deliverability.

This situation is independent of our theme. You can try to contact the support of WooCommerce plugin also – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
