1- Mobile Menu: I managed to fix it, now I see drop menu however change the look of drop menu, I need something easier to click and navigate on mobile , do we have options to select from?

Could you, please provide an example of the desired result?
When you edit the Mobile menu settings via Header Builder, you can select the menu which will be displayed, so it is possible to create a separate menu via Appearance > Menus and select it for mobile.

Do you mean the mobile menu? All available settings for the mobile menu you can find in Theme Options > Header Builder. Did you check them?
All available menu settings you can find in Appearance > Menus. Please check them before the next reply here.
