    I have the following problem:

I have created a single product page with Elementor. There is a small gap between the product image and the thumbnails below it and everything looks fine.

In the mobile version, however, the product image and the thumbnails flow into each other, although I have chosen a large enough distance with Elementor:

This is how it looks on my cell phone:

    How can I change this?

    Dear @Juergen,

We hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, we would like to point out that both the Customizer builder and Elementor were being used simultaneously on your website (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VNLdWPqoERe4). As previously mentioned in our notices, using both builders at the same time may lead to conflicts. To prevent such issues, we have disabled the builder from the Customizer.

Additionally, the main issue regarding the incorrect positioning of the gallery appears to be caused by custom CSS applied to your site (please see: https://prnt.sc/glTgqJnx95uY). This is not a bug related to our theme, but rather a result of custom modifications.

We kindly recommend consulting with your developers to review and adjust the custom CSS in accordance with your desired design.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hi Jack,

Deactivating the Builder in the Customizer has caused the following three visible problems:

    1. the PayPal button was not there before and I don’t want it either.
How do I get rid of it again?

    2. the quantities (yellow arrow) are no longer left-aligned, but in the middle.
In addition, the black font is gray rather than black (poor visibility)

    3. 1-3 small lines appear on each product page after Secure Payment (see green arrow):

    Could you please correct this?

    Dear @Juergen,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Kindly disable the display of PayPal buttons on Single product in the payment settings. You can refer to the documentation to locate the appropriate option. Currently, we disabled the “Single Product” location in its settings. Please see the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/xbBw4_JMt0Gv
(Navigation path: Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal)

    2. We were unable to fully understand your request. Could you please clarify it further? Alternatively, you may want to review the settings of your Single Product Builder to ensure everything is configured correctly.

    3. For your convenience, here is a link to the relevant settings page of the Single Product Builder: https://prnt.sc/c7_SCSMUgnNf

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hi Jack,

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

    For this product: https://heatncool.me/product/heat-me-heizpads/

there are variants. Due to the decoupling of XStore, the dropdown menu has been moved to the right. (see green arrow)

    https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/id0i0rhi9abc2lre8z3ho/2025-04-24_09-36-32.jpg?rlkey=dtpra639m1dissgu0d2l03xc1&dl=0
I would like the dropdown menu to be left-aligned.

In addition, the dropdown menu is gray and rather inconspicuous. Can the menu be designed with a black background and white font?
    Finally, the following question:

    Can these three tabs:

    hide? And if so, how?

    Dear @Juergen,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4GS9Tpm5eoN1. It appears that a minimum font size has been set in multiple settings, which may be affecting the layout display.

After resetting the font size, the variations table displays correctly, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/yR3mZHKGq4OS. Additionally, you have the option to set the variations table to a vertical layout by following this example: https://prnt.sc/2dDPPY1fzKR_, which will result in the following layout style: https://prnt.sc/-K2a1Vp7P9KQ.
