No custom svg code box appears in Mobile Menu section

Basically the title. I would like to add a custom svg as a menu, but if I select the option, no code box appears below it.
Is there a solution to the problem? thx

EDIT: (I use a child theme)

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
2) If the situation is independent of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
