As you can see on my site : Heart.retrouvetonessence.com the add to cart button is not showing, not on catalogue or shop view and not on single product page.
I have only one product, which is a simple product no variation, no inventory tracking.
I dont understand why this happen

    Hello, @seb,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Certainly! We completely understand your concern. Using two child themes on a website can cause conflicts and create inconveniences for website owners. It’s best to use only one child theme to avoid any issues.

By using a single-child theme, you can ensure that your website runs smoothly and without any conflicts. you can also make sure that any customizations you make are consistent across the entire website.

We recommend that you use the child theme, as it is known to work well on your site.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I added the second one to see if the problem was with the theme.
the one not working is the one I fully customized and I dont want to redo all the work.

Sure I have it, I deleted the child theme I was using and kept the other one as you asked me too.
As you can see I lost my customizations, colors logo etc I have to redo it all.
So Yes I m not happy.

    Hello, @seb,

We are sorry that this situation has arisen, but please note that we are not responsible for any custom changes you make to the child theme.

In Theme Options, you can find the import/export section, so a backup of settings is possible next time.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Catalog mode > Just Catalog > On – this option prevents customers from purchasing products on your website. Most “Add to Cart” buttons will be removed or hidden, so do not activate this option, please.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Could you please change the rating you’ve set on ThemeForest?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
