Hi,
I personally like your templates and bought “Xstore” a few months ago.
I’m working on the “Niche-Market02” team and its Loading animation getting too long each and every time refresh/open the page or product.
I’m still in the developing stage and there are only a few products uploaded with demo content. could u please check it and let me know what is the matter and how to solve it?

Hello,

If the Site loader option is enabled in Theme Options then you will see the page only if it’s fully loaded. If you don’t like this effect then disable the site preloader in the theme option. We have enabled all the possible optimization options in our theme and enabled cache minification.
Check your site now.

Hi Olga,
Thank you for the reply.

01. Them header and elements changed ( NO color and overlapped)
02 . Menu’s arrangement/elements and colors changed (to white color)
02. Clearly can see the unusual page loading time now as well. (compare with other sites). I’m not talking about GTmatrix or google page speed results. those are excellent was before optimizing. now results also worst. but the opening home page or product page even the site loading animation was disabled, it still feels slow loading (it was my boss’s opinion)

Hello,

1), 2) Go to Theme Options > resave settings. Close customizer and clear the cache and check the site after that. It looks that theme options were not saved to file the way it should be saved.
3) We are working on a major theme update with speed improvements but it will be released in the end of July or August. We can do nothing with the site speed at this moment. You may try the Nitro Pack plugin to get better performance results. If you are not satisfied with theme speed and don’t have time to wait for theme update we are ready to give you a refund.

Thank you for the reply.

I’m really happy with the team and its features that’s why I purchased that. So don’t misunderstand me and I don’t need a refund. I just represent my boss’s response and it’s for his business. so that’s why I’m telling you about the speed (Loading) matter. otherwise, the team is perfectly fine. I can wait for your major update.

If I go to a new team for this site, can I still use this license for some other my sites? ( deactivating on this site & reactivate on the new one)…?. (no idea to change this right now)

We understand your point. Some users just don’t have time to wait for updates that’s why we offer refunds.

You can use 1 license for 1 project(dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard So, if you want to use our theme for another project you need to remove theme from this site and contact us to deactivate your registration to proceed with using theme for another project.
