    Hello,

After updating the Xstore theme to 5.0 the photography plugin NEXTGEN Pro / Imagery for is no longer working for Mobiles and tablets.

The lightbox no longer appears when you click of a thumbnail image.

I have liaised with Nextgen to identify the problem by removing all 3rd party plugins which did not fix the problem. Finally I changed the Theme back to a default theme Twenty Fifteen and the plugin begin working.

NextGen mention: I suggest contacting the theme provider about this specific issue and providing them with your site’s error logs so they could study the issue

    Hello,

I have checked your site and don’t see any error in console. Besides, I don’t see the problem with the gallery https://gyazo.com/069adabe9b25f628e8ac79440aedeabc
Can you explain your steps to reproduce the problem in more details?
I see that you use Varnish. Maybe it was just server cache after theme update?

    Regards

Hi Olga, Apologies, here are the steps.

    https://imagesofvenice.com/galleries/

Please click on the San Marco thumbnail. A gallery of thumbnails are shown, if you click on the thumbnail the Nextgen lightbox opens and allows you to view larger image.

If you view this same page on a mobile/tablet version the Nextgen lightbox is inactive.

    Best Chris

    Hello,

Could you ask your hosting provider if you have any server cache? Disable it. Because we do some changes in CSS files but don’t see any changes on frontend (even if remove all the CSS).

    Hello Olga,

Success! I installed the Siteground plugin as per instructions and cached all 1,2,3 levels. The Nextgen plugin is now working on mobile/tablet devices.

Thanks for all your help re this matter.
