    Hello

    How can i put the link newsletter in the top of bar.

    The demo store show me that is possible. https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/glasses/

    But i dont know how i can load this popup.

    Hello,

    To enable promo popup go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo popup and enable it. Use content area to add the necessary content for the promo popup. Keep in mind that you may use Static Block feature to create interesting solutions for the promo popup http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
