Newsletter pop-up failed for Newsletter shortcode

    I am using Newsletter plugin. The static block page works in page view but does not work in Newsletter popup in header.

    Hello,

    What newsletter plugin do you use? Did you take that shortcode from the plugin documentation? Does it work with the default theme on the simple page?

    I now encounter another problem. All the static blocks cannot be viewed. It shows
    “page not found”. This is the same one I used for newsletter popup.

    Hello,

    We suppose that plugin calls the necessary scripts only if detects the newsletter shortcode in the page content. Our newsletter popup content appears using Ajax. Contact plugin author to find out if they would allow using shortcode for elements that called using Ajax.
