1. How to make newsletter pop-up like on your top bar (besides Track Order)?

Hi,

1/ Create a static block with the desired content, then go Theme Options > Header builder > add Newsletter element into the header content and select your block. Here you can find a video about the default header – https://youtu.be/RbdKjQrFnO4
2/ There is no such possibility, unfortunately. You can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
