type email and signup, that nothing happen, where is the setting make it working?

UPDATE:
On the popup window I submit email for test not working. After submit windows will keep pop out. When submit not show the message that tell success or not.

When testing use the shortcode on page I created for test, that working well, display message after submit and receive confirmation email.

How do I solve the issue that no working at pop-up?

We are using mailchimp plugin with this theme package to manage Newsletter. Follow the MailChimp plugin documentation to set up the plugin and find information about main settings https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/
