Hi, there is a newsletter button that isn’t in any menus but exists right at the top of the page. Ideally I would like this to bring up a popup so I can collected emails and I could send potential customers news and discounts etc.

I thought it linked with static blocks but when i tried this there was simply an empty box.

How do i configure this item?
