New widget area below navigation - by samtex9

    I would like to add a new widget area below the navigation on every page where I can create feature boxes / badges such as 24 hours delivery, Online support etc

    How would I create this is the child theme a new widget area or static block ?

    Read this post to find information how to create custom area https://buckleupstudios.com/add-a-new-widget-area-to-a-wordpress-theme/

    Tell me what header type do you use and I’ll tell you which file you need to edit to add the new area.

    Remember that all the changes should be done in child theme files.

    I an using the Variant Standard header at the moment. 🙂

    Hello,

    Copy xstore/headers/standard.php file into child theme and do the necessary changes.
