New Users Cannot Register Account - by michaelcp23

    For whatever reason, anyone who visits my website cannot register an account. Every time someone tries to register and completes the form, it just loads forever and nothing happens.

    Perhaps someone could shed a little light on this issue.

    Hello,

    Please update theme to the latest version (2.2).

    Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
    Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

    The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

    If the issue will persist then try to disable 3rd-party plugins and clean all cache.

    This definitely fixed the broken registration form. Customers can now register with no issues, but they are not getting a welcome new email?

    Is that disabled or broken when I updated?
