NEW USER! Theme not loading - by Teray - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I installed the WooPress theme and tried to install the Fullwith variant option but it does not load with any images and I only see code. I am a new at using wordpress so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Do you have any tutorials and do I need to be an advanced user to be able to build a site with your theme?

    The site seems to be completely broken. None of the themes are loading correctly and I can’t edit pages with visual composer. Please advise on how to get started. Login info in private

    Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/
    I’ve recreated home page for you (home test). Elements that do not display correctly are not our theme elements.
    Please provide FTP access in Private Content so we could check problems on your site more deeply.

    I have provided the ftp info in the private section. Another MAJOR issue is that Visual Composer will not load. It stays on a loading screen permanently. I read on another forum that it might be a conflict with an older version of Visual Composer that I used on a different test site I did long ago. It was suggested that (YOU) the theme developer remove all elements of Visual Composer on this site and I can reinstall it. Is this something you can help me with or am I pretty much screwed? Please advise.

    Do you face the problem with Visual Composer when default theme is activated?
    Try to delete plugins and upload new versions from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    I can get Visual Composer to load for new pages but it will not work with existing pages. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugins and I am still having the same issues.

    I have cleared the cache and I still have the same issues. When I am using Visual Composer on a new page it does not allow me to add any elements or do anything at all. I have tried this on other themes and it seems to be working fine but with your theme, I am experiencing issues. I cannot get it to work at all so maybe it is something on my end. Have I incorrectly installed the theme? Are there some settings I have to adjust to get it working correctly? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve created “new test page” anded add some elements without problem. Please check the page and try to use Visual Composer one more time.

    I changed browsers and I can use Visual Composer now. Thank you.
