New upload – header does not show on the site

    Good day. I have just uploaded the tempalte, but once the file has been uploaded, the site does not have a footer and a header. Are there any fixes? It is showing in the customizer, but not on the published site.

    The update itself should not have such an effect.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Please be advised that i am going to be moving this site over to my domain, kweekshop.com. The domain is having an issue with redirects, so the team is busy working on fixing that issue. i am designing it on this domain in the interim.

    Please advise the steps to achieve the outcome that you have came to, once the issue is fixed.
