    Hello Team,
We made our website from scratch in WordPress default WP OCEAN theme and now we have installed xstore theme and also updated all the plugins.

I wanted to know that we have our old content of the website made in our default theme and now that we have uploaded the xstore theme, we want to clear that should we continue editing old content like pages, plugins, products, etc or we should start everything from scratch to avoid a conflict between the old content like pages and the xstore theme.

    Kindly guide us.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello,

It depends on the way you created the old content. If you created pages/products description/posts content using Elementor or WPBakery default element you won’t have any issues with that you can just continue editing of it. But if you used some custom elements of the WP OCEAN theme then it could be a problem because in this case, you need to edit content and remove code of these elements and replace it with the new elements that you want to show.

    Regards
